Parents are welcome and encouraged to accompany their students, if they would like. Any parents or other community members who walk up will also be able to receive the vaccine.

The students will need a signed consent form or a verbal phone consent from their parent/guardian for the initial and booster vaccinations.

Consent forms have been translated into Swahili, Somali, Arabic and Spanish.
Price
- The vaccinations are free.
- Students should bring their insurance information to the appointment, if they have one. However, no one will not be turned away if they do not have insurance and no one will be billed for the vaccination.

- The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine is available to anyone over the age of 12.
