Do You Have the Right Medicare Prescription Drug Plan?
Did you know you should check the different Medicare drug plan options every year? Don't feel overwhelmed by it, let our Ship Counselor check to see if there is a more affordable option. We have about 15 appointments left.

Medicare's Open Enrollment period ends December 7. Changes made to your Prescription Drug plan will take effect on January 1, 2020. This is the time of year when all people with Medicare can make changes to their Prescription Drug Plan.

For your convenience, Fremont Township has a SHIP Counselor available to help Fremont Township residents compare your current drug plan to new options to see if a different prescription plan better suits your needs or is less costly. This service is free.

If you would like to make an appointment with the Ship Counselor, please call Nancy at 847 223-2847. The appointments go through December 7. You will need to have an online account with medicare and know your username and password and a list of your current prescriptions before making an appointment. You must bring these and your medicare card to the appointment. If you need help in creating on-line access let Nancy know when you call.
