Mobilehome Residency Law Protection Program

Notice is hereby given that the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) proposes modifications to specific text of the regulations contained in Chapter 3.5 of (commencing with Section 4900) Title 25 of the California Code of Regulations (CCR).

A Notice of Proposed Action pertaining to Mobilehome Residency Law Protection Program was mailed on August 28, 2020. A Public Hearing was held on October 12, 2020, and written comments were received until 8:00 a.m. on October 13, 2020. As a result of public comments received, the Department proposed modifications to the originally proposed text and held a 15-day public comment period from December 8, 2020 to 8:00 a.m. on December 24, 2020. As a result of public comments during this second public comment period, the Department is proposing modifications to the initial modified text.

Written comments on the proposed modifications will only be accepted during a 15-day written comment period beginning January 25, 2021 and ending at 8:00 a.m. on February 10, 2021.
