TEAM ORANGE is working hard to protect our team, the general public, and our customers landscape assets.

We worked to prepare all last week for a Shelter in Place order and with both the Oregon Governor's  Stay Home Stay Healthy order , and the Washington Governor's 2- week 'Stay at Home' order we are already in compliance with our procedures developed and in place.  Hopefully these new orders help slow the spread of the disease and no additional orders are needed to flatten the curve.

Our policies will be updated as new government regulations are put into place and we work diligently to make sure that we're doing all to comply with the law in order to provide the greatest protection possible.    
Our current procedures are outlined below:

PLM is following  Oregon Governor Brown's Executive Order 20-12
(Effective 12:01am 3/24/2020)
We are also following Washington Governor Inslee's Executive Order given 3/23/2020

1.  Maintain Social Distancing 

a.  All employees to maintain at least a 6' separation
b.  One person per vehicle and no shared vehicles
c.  Employees encouraged to maintain social separation at home and minimize contact with others
2.  Personal hygiene by all employees

a.  We have trained all in hand hygiene, sneeze/cough etiquette to adhere by the following:
  • Wash stations have been set up and employees will wash hands when arriving and departing 
  • Employees instructed to bring water jugs and we provide hand soap in trucks for use in field
  • Employees cover their noses and mouths with a tissue or sleeve when coughing or sneezing
3.  Employees who appear sick will be sent home:

a.  Employees encouraged to stay home if sick
b.  Employees who appear to have acute respiratory illness symptoms (i.e. cough, shortness of breath, or temperature of 100.4°) will be evaluated to potentially be sent home immediately
c.  Employees sent home are encouraged to seek medical guidance
