A CT Transportation Leadership Program REQUIRED Workshop

Succession planning means having a process in place to assess those personnel needs integral to continuity of services, a program to develop staff to meet those needs and a system for identifying those individuals who can assume key roles as staff retire or leave the agency. This module will focus on each of these components and will provide strategies and tools for helping your agency prepare for the future. Special attention will be paid to how this works in a unionized, municipal environment.
