Mohawk Valley Chamber Accepting Nominations for 2012 Business of the Year Awards
|
 The Mohawk Valley Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Mohawk Valley Business Journal, is currently accepting nominations for the upcoming 2012 "Business of the Year Awards".
Chamber members in good standing may nominate themselves or another chamber member for the award. Members can be re-nominated after five years from previously having won the award. Business of the Year awards honor companies/organizations for staying power, commitment to the Mohawk Valley region, and Mohawk Valley Chamber involvement.
Awards will be presented to one company/organization, at a luncheon ceremony in December, in each of the following categories: 
* For-Profit Business with fifty or fewer employees
* For-Profit Business with more than fifty employees
* Not-for-Profit Organization with fifty or fewer employees
* Not-for-Profit Organization with more than fifty employees

Only 50 vendor booths ($250 a booth) and 4 food booths ($150 a booth) are available! Register today, because booths will surely sell out fast! Mohawk Valley Chamber's Election of Directors

The ballot for the eight candidates by the Nominating Committee, for election as Directors, will be mailed to the membership between October 1 and October 10.
Additionally, any twenty-five members may make independent nominations for Directors by presenting the same in writing to the Executive Director before October 1 of each year.
