Manuscript Deadline: January 15, 2027

The Journal of Vacuum Science and Technology A is soliciting research articles for a Special Topic Collection on Molecular Beam Epitaxy. This Special Topic Collection will showcase important results from fundamental materials and device research, through technological applications, and into high-volume and low-cost production. The collection is planned in conjunction with the 24th International Conference on Molecular Beam Epitaxy (July 12-16, 2026, in Ann Arbor, MI).
