  • Most Molina Medicare Advantage members get a real debit card to help with some of their real needs - starting with over the counter items.

  • Members may be eligible for Special Supplemental Benefits for the Chronically Ill (SSBCI). Even if the enrollee has a chronic condition, the enrollee will not necessarily receive the benefit because coverage of the item or service depends on the enrollee being a "chronically ill enrollee. If approved, an additional allowance is loaded to the card and may be used for food and/or produce/healthy foods.

  • Benefits vary by plan.
