Most Molina Medicare Advantage members get a real debit card to help with some of their real needs - starting with over the counter items. Plans vary by state.
Members can also spend their card funds on items like transportation and dental services.
Members may be eligible for Special Supplemental Benefits for the Chronically Ill (SSBCI). Eligibility depends on having been diagnosed with certain chronic health conditions. If approved, an additional allowance is loaded to the card and may be used for such products and services as food, produce, pest control, service animal supplies and more.
