New & Exciting

It's All About Our Members

Engaging with members goes far beyond your initial sales presentation. Members want to  know that you and our health plan are

here for them all year long.

As we spend time with members during AEP, here are some tips to convey the ongoing

value of the Molina member experience.

Enrollment

Think like a

member does!

What do they see as their most critical healthcare need?

Enrollment is more likely if members recognize Molina as their problem-solver.*

  • Help with groceries?** Explain the MyMolina/Health You debit card benefits.
  • Lack of transportation? The debit card can help, and we also offer telehealth services.
  • Problems with their teeth? Show them the dental benefits included in our MA plans.
  • Vision issues? Mention eye exam and eyewear benefits.
  • Hearing loss? Hearing aids are a covered benefit.
  • Looking for a fitness plan? We offer the Silver & Fit program, as well as no-cost access to fitness centers, workout videos, a home fitness kit, and more.

*Benefits vary by plan.  **Eligibility requirements apply.

Engagement

Engage with members to earn their trust.

Establish yourself as the single point of contact for their

health concerns.

Explain what to expect after enrollment:

  • Acknowledgment of Enrollment Letter
  • Confirmation of Enrollment Letter
  • Brochure called "What to Expect Next"
  • Member ID Card and Welcome Kit
  • Health Risk Assessment (if not completed during enrollment)
  • Welcome Call
  • Healthy Living Calendar - coming December 2022

Demonstrate how to use the member resources:

Education

Education promotes independence.
