  • Every Molina Medicare Advantage member gets a real debit card to help with their real needs - starting with over the counter items


  • Members can also spend their funds on items like transportation, dental or eyewear products and services


  • Most funds are loaded the day the member becomes active on our plan and available immediately upon receipt of the card in the mail; funds are reloaded automatically at the beginning of every period


Stronger.

  • Empower members: The member gets to decide what would help them feel healthier and stronger. After all, it's their benefit. 


  • Improve lives: Members may be eligible for Special Supplemental Benefits for the Chronically Ill (SSBCI). Eligibility depends on having been diagnosed with certain chronic health conditions. If approved, an additional allowance is loaded to the card and may be used for such products and services as food, produce, pest control, service animal supplies and more.


Faster.

The agent:

  • Enrolls the member and completes an HRA at the time of enrollment
  • Instructs the member to contact Member Services to request SSCBI benefits


The Member Services team:

  • Activates the cards
  • Can view the balances for each allowance ​
  • Handles members' requests for SSBCI benefits and routes them to Case Management for an assessment

ARE YOU 2023-CERTIFIED? 

Schedule time on your calendar to complete your 2023 certification testing. Remember, agents are required to certify/recertify annually to sell MA plans.

 

AHIP: 

For 2023, we are partnering with AHIP Medicare Training and offering $50 discount if you use Molina's link and pass the training.


Molina Medicare Certification: The certification portal is OPEN and ready for you to become Molina-certified for 2023.

NEW HRA TOOL:

Molina is pleased to announce the addition of a new electronic tool to complete HRAs easily and securely online. Please visit

https://admin.icario.health/login, use the user name we have on file for you in ICM, and create a password.
