Royce-Duplessis-for-Mayor-lawn-sign

Momentum is Building

Our latest internal polling shows that Senator Royce Duplessis has surged into a strong second place with 22% of the vote, and Moreno has stalled.

Most importantly, Duplessis and Moreno are now in a dead heat for the Mayor’s Office in a two-way race. After message testing, Moreno only leads by 48.5% to 43.1%, a statistical tie within the margin of error.

The undecided voters still up for grabs overwhelmingly overlap with Royce’s base, making a runoff win even more likely. Voters are energized by his bold vision and ready for a mayor who listens, leads, and delivers.

Our Opportunity Agenda: New Orleans Can’t Wait

Royce isn’t caught up in City Hall drama, he’s focused on solutions that will make New Orleans an easier and more affordable place to live. His plan will:

  • Create 40,000 affordable housing units and bring vacant homes back into commerce
  • Sustain real reductions in crime while improving officer pay, training, and support
  • Invest in small businesses and workforce development, ensuring neighborhoods like New Orleans East and the Lower 9th Ward share in the city’s economic success
  • Deliver basic city services, from twice-a-week garbage pickup to real street repair
  • Put kids and families first with universal early childhood education and citywide literacy initiatives
