I am not sure why but this write up has me feeling a little emotional. With the protected areas officially launching July 2023, many of you who didn't purchase your own protected areas will officially leave our community. I want to say that I have LOVED getting to know you, supporting you, challenging you, and holding you accountable.
Yes, even those of you that I have gone toe to toe with.
I've gone toe to toe because I believe in the program. I believe in it because it has grown my business and me immensely over the last *going on* three years. Because of this 72 Sold adventure, I have met you guys and that in and of itself is worth so much. If you are leaving us, I am so sad to see you go and will miss you immensely.
For those of you who did buy your own protected area moving forward we will have a different dynamic. We will be shifting our Tuesday call to be more about marketing yourselves in your protected areas and building your DIY businesses. Our growing team will be the 72 Ballers Network and our network now includes anyone you connect with no matter what brokerage or state they are in if you sponsor them as a ZIP code owner.
A lot of my focus over the next 60 days will be helping many of you build your 72 SOLD Downlines to tap into the new revenue share option rolling out. This revenue share option is ONLY AVAILABLE TO ZIP CODE OWNERS which is why the opportunity is so limited. Once the ZIPs are sold out, it's over. This is incentive for you to find other like-minded agents who want their own protected areas and they can buy those protected areas with you as their sponsor. You get paid on their closings - this is a new revenue source for you. The more ZIP's sold, the bigger the TV budget gets - that's where we all win again.
In my mind 72 SOLD protected areas are a great option for agents who:
* Have an established SOI business already but struggle to compete with iBuyers or other non traditional sales options (investors making cash offers with no inspections and post possessions)
* Have a strong SOI but are considering something like Zillow or Realtor.com leads to bulk up business
* Are brand new, need training and want leads
* Team leaders who need to feed a team and would love plug and play accountability for their team (that'd be me, I'm still that accountability for those in my downline)
*Agents who see the value of a downline with a lead source and want to be on the ground level of an opportunity to build residual income with that.
