AWARENESS * ADVOCACY * ACTION | |
Looking for a Win/Win?? To save lives and futures, Texans across the political spectrum are asking the TX Medical Board to define the emergency exception to the abortion ban. Whether you are for or against the law, clarification is something we can all agree will help doctors and patients.

PETITION URGES CLARIFICATION
Texas laws banning abortion include exceptions for certain threats to the life of the mother, but the laws are so vague—and the punishments are so extreme—that doctors and patients are suffering. Even the Texas Supreme Court has urged the Texas Medical Board to make clear rules so doctors don’t have to guess when they are within the law.
You can help protect the lives of Texas women by signing the petition to urge the Texas Medical Board* to make clear rules on the “medical emergency” exception to Texas’ abortion ban. The Texas Medical Board meets next week*, so please sign now. Share on social media and encourage others to sign this week.
*Texas Medical Board meets next week, March 21-22.
