ABOUT THE EVENT

The Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum, in Hyde Park, NY is located on the grounds of Springwood, the Roosevelt family estate. It holds the records of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, the 32nd president of the United States.

In the museum, copious notes, descriptions and videos of key events from 1929 to 1945 are presented.

In consideration of the issues, struggles, and conflicts of Roosevelt's time, one finds that they are are not so unlike issues we are facing today. This visit to the FDR Library and Museum will be especially interesting and worthwhile in anticipation of our upcoming presidential election.

The museum is on the ground level with one basement section. It is believed that there's an elevator to the basement level.

Unlimited. The tour through the museum is self directed.

ADMISSION

$15 per adult. $10 for Seniors over 62. Free for Vets - bring some Vet ID.

Includes access to the library, museum and grounds.
