PP100 Collaborative Cartesian Robot
Out-of-the-box ready & fully assembled
The PP100 is the world's only collaborative Cartesian robot . The lightweight PP100 comes out of the box fully assembled. All control electronics, harnesses and power supplies are built into the PP100's structure, which results in an extremely compact device that saves space and set-up time.

Its novel mechanical design offers a price below most collaborative robots and lowers the overall costs of table top applications. This lightweight robot is available with 2-axes (XZ) or 3-axes (XYZ) and an optional theta/servo gripper. 

The PP100 can be mounted on a table and, by plugging in just an AC power cord and an Ethernet cable, is ready to operate, which greatly reduces integration time and cost. The PP100's simple Cartesian geometry is particularly easy for new users to teach, since any position and move combination is intuitive and possible.

Using flexible foam gripping surface, these collaborative grippers can safely hold cardboard, boxes & structured components or components with recesses and three-dimensional outer shapes. Due to communication technology, it can also be easily integrated into automation environments. 

This plug-and-play solutions’ modular design provides for options like energy-saving ejector modules or intelligent vacuum switches for process monitoring. Vacuum can be generated internally or externally depending on the application.
