Lafayette Downtown Mural Unveiling
🎨 What an incredible evening celebrating art, creativity, and community in downtown Lafayette!
We attended the unveiling of the very first mural, Matilija Sky, in the Lafayette Downtown Mural Program, created by the talented artist Rachel Perls. This vibrant new piece is a beautiful reflection of our city’s commitment to public art and creative expression, and it already adds so much life and energy to Mt. Diablo Blvd.
A huge thank you to Rachel Perls, Julie Del Santo, and Dudum Real Estate Group for providing the wall, ABG Projects for bringing the mural to life, and to the Public Art Committee, City Council, and Lafayette residents for your continued support of the arts. It truly takes a community to make projects like this happen.
If you have not seen it yet, be sure to stop by and check it out!
