Motion Hearing

Meeting ID: 161 348 7904

Passcode: 572243

At issue:  SOS is asking for a temporary injunction, demanding that Mayor Carter’s Administration disclose critical data that would demonstrate conclusively how the City altered the scoring criteria, along with communications among Mayor Carter’s staff orchestrating these secret changes which moved full reconstruction of west Summit Avenue and half of the Summit Avenue recreation bike trail up to the year 2028, when by the city’s own standards, it was not scheduled to be evaluated for reconstruction for another 20 years.

In the meantime, make your plans to vote on Election Day Tuesday, Nov. 4, for our next mayor of Saint Paul.

  • Study up on the candidates and make plans to VOTE.
