GOD IS A KNOW IT ALL
I remember a preacher say once that there was no rocking chair of worry ministry. It seemed funny, but in fact, there are many Christians that worry all the time. Their lives are full of what ifs and I wish I hads. They are concerned with the election. They are concerned with the virus. They are concerned about their family and everything else.
Why? I think it is because they have never fully grasped that God knows everything that is happening, and it nothing catches him off guard. Many plead with God to bring healing when God has already provided it by faith through his shed blood. We receive everything by faith, which includes healing, food, clothing, housing, finances, and direction.
Most Christians have never learned the power that Jesus gave us through his name. We speak healing over our bodies in the name of Jesus. We speak against the enemy that comes against us in the name of Jesus.
God is all knowing. God is all present. God is all powerful. When we realize that the God that lives in us is all powerful, we change our way of life. The scripture comes alive that says in I John 1:4b, “Greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world.” Also, in I Corinthians 2:16 it says, “For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.” The mind of Christ? Yes, that is what it says. How do we get that? We get it through reading the Word of God, which speaks to us by the Holy Spirit. As we receive it into our spirit, our minds are renewed to conform to his ways. Through this process we are able to understand God more and more.
In Matthew 10:29-31 it says, “Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? And one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows.” God has concern for the sparrow, but He has more concern for you. He knows your needs! We understand that he truly is a “know it all.” He does not want us to be in the “dark” about anything. Just trust that He has a plan for you and will reveal it one step at a time.
