We are excited to announce that the Mid-Atlantic District has a new Missions Mobilizer, Jonathan Thornton.

Missions Emphasis 2021-2022
President John Stumbo worked with his cabinet and other leaders over the past few years to restate our deeply embedded Alliance vision, and a fresh statement emerged: All of Jesus for All the World.

Later this month you will receive everything you will need to engage your congregation in All of Jesus for All the World. While you wait for those packages we recommend you download some digital resources here.
High Conflict Persons Webinar
Alliance Peacemaking is sponsoring an important webinar for all Alliance leaders focusing on High Conflict People (HCP) on October 28, 1-5 PM EDT. HCPs are in our churches and can cause enormous damage if not recognized and dealt with in an effective way.

Megan Hunter, the CEO and co-founder of the High Conflict Institute, will discuss understanding them, and offering some basic strategies to humanely deal with these individuals while protecting the church.

The training is open to any leader in the Alliance, ordained or lay. Please click here to register. The registration code is “Jn316” and the cost is $20.

There will be devotionals with six weekly categories with application to adults, youth, and kids. Additionally, there will be livestream services during this event on Wednesdays at noon, for 60-minute prayer gatherings. Please save the date, and please note registration will open Oct. 25th.
