The Location for the 2025 Mid-Atlantic District Conference is One in Christ Community Church, 2145 Graves Rd, Hockessin, DE 19707.

The theme for this years conference is SEND and the date is October 6 - 8, 2025.

Since it was announced that Rev. Doug Conley will be retiring early, the DEXCOM has been in close contact with the National Office about next steps. We have also received several suggestions from people to consider in our search process.

Because we are still in redevelopment, the DEXCOM has been given the role of the search committee, but instead of presenting our work to the District Nominating Committee, we will report directly to the national office.

Our task is to reduce the field of choices to no more than three candidates and the acting Vice President for Church Ministries will narrow it down to one. This will be made known to accredited workers no later than August 5, 2025.

At that time, accredited delegates to District Conference may present additional names to the national office through a vetting process that will allow nominations from the floor at district conference in October.

Baptism are an indication of a healthy expansion of the Kingdom of God and Great Commission Community Church celebrated Eight Baptisms on May 4, 2025, three of which were children and one youth.

These Baptisms represents the beginning of their journey in faith, welcoming them into the religious community and affirming the commitment of their parents and spiritual leaders to guide them in their spiritual growth.

Please pray for these new baptised children, that their Love and Trust for Jesus will keep growing and let us keep praying for one another to grow in our walk with Christ.

The International Ethiopian Evangelical Church of Germantown recently become an Affiliated congregation of the Alliance.

Part of the celebration was music performed by their children’s choir.

Better Life Church, VA, became an Accredited church of the Alliance on Sunday, May 18 2025.

To help celebrate this event, Rev. Sarkis Diarbi, President of the Arab-Speaking Association of the Alliance brought special music and the message of God.

This event is a key requirement for all newly licensed workers and will fulfill part of the ordination and consecration process.
