Dear Brothers and Sister,
I would like to share an update on the experience we had on Saturday, August 16th, 2025, during our Forest Street Evangelism in Old Town Alexandria. From 3:00p.m to 6:00 p.m, we experienced a truly amazing time, and God’s presence was powerfully evident throughout the event.
By God’s grace, we were able to distribute 1,800 flyers throughout the community. Two individuals received Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, and two more joined us on Sunday, seeking to learn more and continue in fellowship.
Dave and Melissa led us in worship, and the Pastor preached the Good News. Many people stopped to listen and engage with us, and some groups expressed interest in collaborating with us for future English services.
Thank you so much for your continuous prayers and support. It was a very blessed and successful day, and I give all glory to God for this wonderful opportunity.
In Christ,
Eyoas Taye,
CMA Ethiopian Evangelical Church.

Alliance Chaplain Ministries
For over 70 years, Protestant Women of the Chapel (PWOC) has been a vibrant ministry in U.S. military chapels, creating fellowship, discipleship, and leadership for women in military life. Born in post-war Europe as a faith lifeline led by chaplains’ wives, PWOC is now a global network helping women thrive spiritually amid the relocations, isolation, and challenges of military service. It’s where women find authentic community, grow in Christ, and boldly lead. Take, for example, our Miriam Nelson in Wiesbaden, Germany. Recently stepping into the role of PWOC president, she celebrates seeing more women rise into servant leadership. From leading small groups to overseeing chapel ministries, they are meeting the spiritual needs of their community. Others share a similar impact.
As vice president of spiritual life, Valorie Porter and her outreach team distributed Bibles, studies, snacks, and toys to newcomers, offering God’s Word alongside other essential services. She also trained teachers, selected studies, and built systems that strengthened discipleship and grew the ministry. Heather Garcia recalls the joy of seeing “unspoken” prayer requests become spoken as trust deepened.
Bringing tears and breakthroughs, they became the Body of Christ in action. PWOC is not a mere “ladies club. ” It’s a lifeline—advancing the chapel’s mission by empowering women to grow, lead, and thrive in their walk with Christ. “For we walk by faith, not by sight” (2 Cor 5:7).

PARTNERING WITH CHILDREN TO MAKE A GLOBAL IMPACT
The Alliance Kids National Giving Project is a powerful opportunity for children across the U.S. to participate in God's global mission. This year, our focus is on Portoviejo, Ecuador— specifically, supporting a ministry that serves vulnerable children living in and around a community built on a garbage dump.
Through this project, we are helping to complete a new ministry house that will offer daily meals, tutoring, discipleship, and a safe place to grow in Christ. With a total goal of $66,000, kids have already raised over $20,000 through generous giving, creative fundraisers, and church-wide engagement..
This isn’t just about money—it’s about kids catching a vision for missions, learning to give joyfully, and seeing how their efforts can change lives. When children give, pray, and invite others to join, they become an active part of what love began.
Will your church join us?
Visit https://cmalliancekids.com/product/what-love-began-alliance-kids-missions-national-giving-project/ to learn more and help us reach our goal. Together, we can empower the next generation to live on mission.

Christmas Offering 2025 - Save the Date
Right now, peace is rare in our world troubled by chaos, pain, and fear. And the answer to these disruptions is, and has always been, Jesus—all of Him—and the peace and transformation that only He can bring. This makes our shared call to take All of Jesus to all the world more urgent than ever.
The Christmas Offering is one of the key moments each year when our Alliance family unites in giving generously to the Great Commission Fund. Together, we support every international worker, project, and resource that brings gospel access to the lost and unreached. I hope that you will join us by taking an offering with your church. When you do, you help transform communities with the gift of the gospel this Christmas. We will be sending you more information and resources soon, but if you have questions in the meantime, reply to this email and someone from my team will be glad to help!
Grateful for you,
Paul Crosby
Vice President for Development
