SAFE STREETS FREMONT

The City of Fremont is moving into the next phase of its Safe Streets 4 Fremont – Here We Grow, Safely We Go Together initiative and is asking for community input. After reviewing crash data and feedback from earlier outreach, the project is now focused on identifying safety priorities and improvement strategies across Fremont’s transportation network.

A second public survey is now open to gather feedback on potential solutions and community values. Residents, workers, students, and visitors are encouraged to participate.

Experience Ash Wednesday at First Lutheran Church! Wednesday February 18 We invited you to join us for a brief afternoon worship with imposition of ashes from 12:15-12:45pm. If the afternoon doesn't work, you may also join us at 6:15pm for worship with imposition of ashes and Holy Communion. A Lenten Meal will also be served from 5:00-6:00pm. $8/Adult, $5/Child. ALL proceeds go to our Mobile Banquet Ministry to create meals for our community!
