Next Level Chef Featured at Lubbock Uncorked Class

Lubbock Uncorked is excited to welcome Lubbock's Celebrity Chef Angie Ragan to this year's event.

The Salt by Angie owner and contestant on FOX's Next Level Chef is part of our wine and food pairing class, Amuse Bouch Texas Style.

Chef Ragan will craft four bites that represent bitter, spicy, salty, and sweet. Each bite highlights a different Texas staple, served with wine paired by Llano Estacado Winery Sommelier Matt Bostick.

Amuse Bouche tickets are $65 and must be purchased with Uncorked tickets.

Chef Ragan will also be available for a meet and greet following her class from 5 - 6 p.m for those attending the event.

Corey Rosenbusch, President and CEO of The Fertilizer Institue, will be our featured speaker. TFI services as the fertilizer industry's national source on issues affecting the industry, fertilizers, and the environment and leads federal policy issues impacting the U.S. fertilizer industry.
