Take Action

While Ohioans continue to be assured that “Ohio is a national leader in making it easy to vote, hard to cheat”, we have significant deficiencies in our election laws and processes that PREVENT DETERMINING VOTER ELIGIBILITY verification on the FRONT-END of registration.  This leaves Ohio vulnerable to NON- CITIZEN VOTING!

Let this Non-Citizen Voter Scenario sink in for a minute and then ask yourself if it’s time to demand protective action?

• A Non-Citizen arriving in Mexico is identified by a Non-Governmental Organization who assigns them an address in Springfield, Ohio and coordinates their arrival.

• DHS/CBP facilitates non-citizen transportation to Ohio by providing funds, a phone-APP (CBP 1), which contains an alien identifier number which could be used in a manner similar to SS#

• Upon arriving in Springfield, the non-citizen reports to Bureau of Motor Vehicle (BMV) and/or social services agency and will be offered a voter registration form (under federal law).

• Non-citizens either knowingly or unknowingly, fill out and sign the voter registration form which is then sent to county Boards of Election (BOE) for processing.

• Ohio County BOE is required under state law (ORC 3503.19) to process and upload a voter record from ANY voter registration form submitted as long “as they are satisfied as to statement of truth” (aka, the HONOR-SYSTEM).

• The NON-CITIZEN voter registration form generates a voter record that is NOW ELIGIBLE to request, obtain and CAST an ABSENTEE BALLOT as long as the information on the registration form MATCHES the absentee ballot request form.

• Ohio Secretary of State (SOS) Election official MANUAL (the “rules”) INSTRUCTS all BOEs to treat ANY status voter record (active or inactive-confirmation) as a FULLY qualified ELIGIBLE elector who can sign a petition ballot or vote no excuse absentee.

• As long as the NON-citizen does NOT submit non-citizen documentation on at least TWO separate OCCASIONS to the BMV, VOLUNTARILY, and AFTER REGISTERING or VOTING, then Ohio’s high threshold screening criteria law will NOT CATCH THEM in the NON-CITIZEN ANNUAL AUDIT that Secretary of State LaRose keeps talking about.

• Ohio ELECTION OFFICIALS have NO WAY of VERIFYING NON-CITIZEN voter REGISTRATIONS or records in the state database because they do not practice data validation of an application on the FRONT-END and they do not restrict access to a regular ballot for voter records with mismatched data or in confirmation status

Do you still believe Ohio elections are as HONEST as they should be?

Neither do we.

🚨TAKE ACTION 🚨

CALL & MESSAGE Secretary of State LaRose and ask him to:

“PROTECT the BALLOT by MARKING deficient and challenged voter records as PROVISIONAL!” Call: 877-767-6446 and messagehttps://sosforms.ohiosos.gov/forms/ContactUs/Elections

Members You're Invited & Encouraged to Participate

Do you want more influence over your local elected politicians?

The Coalition encourages you, your officers and members to participate in some of the most impactful political leadership training available!

Cleveland Right to Life will pay the registration fee of $45 for the first 15 people who email Jeannine Jones and confirm their attendance at the Foundation for Applied Conservative Leadership training on Saturday, October 19th at the Center for Christian Virtue in Columbus. This intensive one-day training will teach you how to turn your conviction and passion into effective political action.

Please RSVP by Sept 27th!

What You Will Learn

  1. The REAL nature of politics & politicians and why just educating people alone won’t result in the political change you want;
  2. Why small groups of dedicated activists can and do win;
  3. Why you will never be politically respected until you are politically feared and how to build a group that is feared by politicians on the wrong side of your issue;
  4. You'll learn the greatest lie ever told in politics and how the political class uses that lie and your convictions against you;
  5. How to pick a good political fight;
  6. How to put together a legislative project, get a bill sponsor, and force a roll call vote despite opposition from the leadership;
  7. How to hold politicians accountable for their actions (or lack of action).

In a nutshell, you’ll learn why you’ve been losing and how to start winning.

The training is from 9:00 – 5:30 PM. Yes, it is a long day, but if we want to change the tide of politics in Ohio, where having a super-majority continues to do us absolutely no good, then we need to change how we think about politics and how we interact with politicians. Are you sick and tired of being told “nothing is going to get out of the General Assembly this session” ?!

The Coalition looks forward to seeing you at this Training in October as we continue to work together to make an impact in Ohio. Please email Jeannine Jones with your confirmation ASAP so you can take advantage of this training at no cost to you.
