What: Monkey Mind may be explained as a state of edginess due to a lack of power to tame one's thoughts. This creates a lack of focus & ability to think clearly. Quieting the mind when uncontrolled thoughts are flowing into it is a daunting job. This 3 part series shares ways to calm the mind & regain the focus needed to move forward with confidence.

What: Galentine’s Day at Verdant Sol

Mark your calendars for a Tuesday night open house on February 13th from 5-8 pm! Grab your girlfriends and get matching permanent bracelets from SugarBrush, affogatos served by Heady Cup Coffee, and artisanal pastries by Black Forest Baking Company. As well, we will have a DIY dish garden station that you’ll be able to craft up your own succulent creation! This is a BYOB event, so feel free to bring a cocktail! We can’t wait!
