Easter is coming in less than a week. For those of you who are helping the Bunny with his baskets, we have several Chamber members who can provide fun experiences, toys, and goodies.
Do what you can to support our local businesses as you amend your holiday plans. The celebration might look a little different this year, but that doesn't mean you can't create beautiful memories. Please share your ideas for a memorable Easter Sunday on the chamber's

Are you gaining the "Quarantine 15"?
What
: Quarantine 15, a spin-off from Freshman 15, is a new buzzword shooting through the internet. Originally defined as the extra weight college freshman gain once they are away from home, are you finding yourself self-soothing with too much comfort food, alcohol, Netflix, etc. during this time of quarantine? Strategies during this time are vital. Practice:
Stop. Challenge. Choose.
How does it work? Basically stop and challenge yourself by asking “Why am I eating?”, “Am I hungry?”, “Tired?”, “Anxious?” or “Bored”. If you can choose to walk away 90% of the time, or simply make a better choice, you will most likely stay in control and not emerge from quarantine a heavier version of yourself. Need more strategies? Contact Lynn Gale, Professional Transformational Health and Wellness Coach.
