MESSAGE FROM THE ALC: April 29 this year marks the 150th Anniversary of Arbor Day. Trees provide many benefits including giving off oxygen, reducing air temperatures under their canopy, reducing water runoff, and providing habitat for birds and small mammals. To celebrate the national tree planting day and aid the environment- the ALC will waive permit fees for planting a tree until May 30th. Remember - you still need to apply for an ALC permit which can be found at https://member.sbhoa2.org/group/pages/alc
DUMPSTER PERMITS: Residents needing a Permit need to plan with sufficient time. Please allow at least 2 business days for Executive Director approval. If a dumpster is put in place the same day you are requesting a permit, there is no guarantee you will receive approval the same day and may be fined. Please note the following from the Rules & Regulations: ARTICLE XII, H. Permit Violations Permits for Estate Sales, Dumpsters and PODs must be obtained prior to the delivery of the Dumpsters and PODs and before an Estate Sale.
