FROM THE ARCHITECTURE AND LANDSCAPE COMMITTEE:

  • Two-week Lead Time: Please plan and submit your ALC permit application at least 2 weeks before it’s needed.


  • ALC Holiday Break:  In order to spend more time with family and friends during the holidays, your ALC Volunteers are taking a break from December 18, 2023 through and including January 3, 2024. No ALC permit applications will be processed during this time unless it’s an emergency.

 

  • Holiday Lighting and Decorations: Per ALC Guidelines:

The periods when holiday lighting and decorations can be installed on homes and in yards are as follows:

  • December holiday season: November 25th through January 8th
  • Other holidays: 2 weeks before, 1 week after the holiday.
  • Holiday Lighting should be turned off at 10:00 p.m.

RENTER POLICY Homeowners, please ensure your Rental Policy Agreement is on file at the front desk before your renters check in. New and returning renters must make an appointment before the check-in date at 520-818-1000 option 4.

FITNESS CENTER

PRICES WILL BE INCREASING IN JANUARY: Due to inflation and employment costs the prices of group fitness classes and the monthly class pass will be increasing. Group fitness classes will be $8 and the monthly class pass will be $85.

 

BARRE GOLD AND BARRE DEFINE CLASSES WILL BE CHANGING DAYS: Beginning in January the Barre GOLD classes will move to Fridays at 10:30am and the Barre DEFINE classes will be moving to Wednesdays at 10:30am.


HOLIDAY HOURS 12/25 Christmas Day, Closed

1/1, New Year's Day 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.


MASSAGE IS BACK AT SB2! There are massage times available Monday through Friday and the 1st and 3rd Saturday of most months. Call the DV Fitness Center for more information or to schedule your appointment, 520-818-1300.

Walking Hours: Before 8:00am and After 5:00pm.

*Golfers may NOT tee off earlier than the first tee time of the day.

*Walkers MUST yield to golfers during any overlap times.

*Residents must obey walking hours, signs & instructions from authorized personnel.

*During posted walking hours, golf cars, walking, and jogging are CART PATH ONLY!

*Dog walking is allowed on The Preserve Only!!! Please follow the Dog Walking policy!!

*Please remember there is NO WALKING at MountainView Front Nine until the course is open for play.

HOLIDAY PARKING – The upcoming holiday season will provide extensions for RV and overnight street parking without a permit to accommodate guests and visitors. For the Thanksgiving holiday, the dates will be Saturday, November 18th through Sunday, December 3rd. The Christmas holiday dates will be Saturday, December 16th through Sunday, December 31st. We hope this helps you plan for a happy holiday season!


SHARING THE ROAD – please be reminded that the ”rules of the road” (actually state laws and ordinances) apply to ALL VEHICLES, including cars, golf carts and bicycles that are required to stop at stop signs, obey speed limits and give pedestrians the right of way. Injury accidents and near-misses occur far too many times every day in our community. Please, please, PLEASE follow the law, be courteous and avoid citations from Patrol!
