As the weather warms, we will see more and more wildflowers and weeds in our yard. Enjoy the wildflowers, but please remember to remove them along with the weeds after they have bloomed. Also, just a reminder: it’s tradition to check your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors at daylight savings time. It only takes a minute, and it keeps you safe.

SAFETY CORRIDORS: Did you know there are four Safety Corridor roads in SaddleBrooke TWO? MountainView Blvd, Desert Bluff Dr, Clubhouse Dr, and Ocotillo Canyon Dr were designated by the HOA as the worst areas for speeding, which will earn violators a citation with a double fine when caught exceeding the speed limit. Warnings will not be issued in these areas.

SHARING THE ROAD – please be reminded that the ”rules of the road” (actually state laws and ordinances) apply to ALL VEHICLES, including cars, golf carts and bicycles that are required to stop at stop signs, obey speed limits and give pedestrians the right of way. Injury accidents and near-misses occur far too many times every day in our community. Please, please, PLEASE follow the law, be courteous and avoid citations from Patrol!
