The R.R.F. Special Assessment voting is open March 13th to April 30th.

VoteHOANow, a third party, emailed ballots to all homeowners with an email on file with the HOA.

Once you submit your electronic vote, it’s final and cannot be changed. Remember, only one vote is allowed per lot; multiple submissions (including electronic or paper ballot) will result in the vote not being counted.

HELP WANTED!! JOIN THE PATROL TEAM at SaddleBrooke Two and make a difference! Be a part of a close-knit team of residents committed to ensuring our community’s safety and well-being. With flexible part-time schedules, valuable HOA benefits, and a focus on positive community interactions and problem-solving, it’s more than a job—it’s a rewarding way to contribute to our community. If you’re passionate about keeping our facilities and roads safe while engaging with neighbors, we’d love for you to join us. Apply HERE

FROM THE ARCHITECTURE AND LANDSCAPE COMMITTEE:

As the weather warms, we will see more and more wildflowers and weeds in our yard. Enjoy the wildflowers, but please remember to remove them along with the weeds after they have bloomed. Also, just a reminder: it’s tradition to check your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors at daylight savings time. It only takes a minute, and it keeps you safe.

HELP WANTED!! RULES AND REGULATIONS COMMITTEE has an immediate opening for someone wanting to make a difference and help your community. We expected a landslide of candidates at our last meeting, but no one showed up, surely an oversight. We meet next on March 20, 1:00 pm, Saguaro Room, and see us work for the Association's benefit. Join us for a rewarding experience!

SADDLEBROOKE PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMISSION The mission of the Public Affairs Commission is to gather information about activities inside and outside of SaddleBrooke that could impact the greater SaddleBrooke community and report to our residents. We are looking for another member. Please submit your resume to: [email protected] if you are interested.

SB2 PATROL UPDATES

PATROL TIP OF THE WEEK

This is a reminder that all roads within the SaddleBrooke community are privately owned and therefore, Patrol has the legal right to enforce speed limits and other traffic laws. We try to do this in a courteous, respectful and professional manner, but occasionally get some very angry and borderline violent responses from violators. Please don’t be one of those people if you are stopped. You don’t have to like it, but the Patrol officer is only doing his/her job to keep our residents safe. Be kind.

SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING: If you see suspicious activity please contact the Patrol Duty Truck at (520) 349-5124.

(Save our number in your cell phone for easy access).

PATROL IS HIRING- Patrol is now hiring for two part-time positions, including our 3rd shift on weekends. If you are a night owl and take pride in our community, want to keep your neighbors and our facilities safe but only want a few shifts each week, come and talk to us! For more information on the 3rd shift (11pm to 7am) CLICK HERE. For similar daytime shifts, CLICK HERE. Join a solid team who want to make a difference and help make SaddleBrooke Two the premier active adult community of choice in Southern Arizona!

SENIOR SAFETY SEMINARS - Mark your calendars for 2024 seminar series (all events from 2-4pm at DVPAC):

Friday 3/22/24 – Prescription Safety

Friday 4/26/24 – Aging Safely/Elder Abuse

SAFETY CORRIDORS: Did you know there are four Safety Corridor roads in SaddleBrooke TWO? MountainView Blvd, Desert Bluff Dr, Clubhouse Dr, and Ocotillo Canyon Dr were designated by the HOA as the worst areas for speeding, which will earn violators a citation with a double fine when caught exceeding the speed limit. Warnings will not be issued in these areas.

SHARING THE ROAD – please be reminded that the ”rules of the road” (actually state laws and ordinances) apply to ALL VEHICLES, including cars, golf carts and bicycles that are required to stop at stop signs, obey speed limits and give pedestrians the right of way. Injury accidents and near-misses occur far too many times every day in our community. Please, please, PLEASE follow the law, be courteous and avoid citations from Patrol!
