PE Credit
SJHS is pleased to clarify our Physical Education (PE) policy beginning in spring 2024. Each student is required to successfully complete one semester of PE unless she is an athlete who has successfully completed at least one semester of a SJHS sport. Beginning in January 2024, one semester of participation in a SJHS sport will earn one semester of PE credit.
Fleur de Lis Guild
Please mark your calendars for our welcome meeting! We will be enjoying an evening of appetizers and wine in chapel court Thursday, September 21 which will start at 6:30pm. All moms welcome!
The Fleur de Lis Guild is a social group that fosters friendship among SJHS moms and offers
assistance and support, when needed, to the faculty and administration of the school.
*Returning guild members please keep an eye out for a sign-up email for donations for our
event.
Jester Homegirl Messages
Save the date! SJ and SJB will return to Homeboy Industries’ 5K Run / Walk on Saturday, September 23, at 8:30am, at their headquarters in Chinatown in LA. We hope to beat our record for having the largest team (196), so save the date! Our team is open to all parents, alums, faculty, staff, and friends. 5K Chaperones Needed: Parents, guardians, and alums can earn four service hours by chaperoning the 5K. All chaperones must be VIRTUS trained and fingerprinted specifically for SJ. Those interested should email Miss Hernandez – mhernandez@sj-jester.org
School Lunches
Lunches sent by Door Dash, Ubereats, or any other delivery service will NOT be accepted by the office starting this week. We have lunches available online for purchase through the Jester Cafe.
In the event your child has forgotten their lunch and you need to send food please call the office so we are aware.

Emergency Preparedness Drill
Please keep in mind we will be having a drill on September 14 from 11:10am-12:30pm. The office will be closed during this time. Thank you for your understanding .
Back to School Night
We are happy to welcome you to our campus on the evening of September 25 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm for Back-to-School night. We are looking forward to seeing you!
