What a spectacular year!!! On Friday we celebrated the Class of 2025 with a baccalaureate mass and reception. The love and connections forged over the years overflowed throughout the evening. Students and families lingered well after mass, hanging on to every last moment. We are so proud of this amazing class and all that they gave to our school during their time at Holy Trinity. Our school is a better place because they were here. A little bit about this class:
- In this class, some graduates are the first in their families to come through Holy Trinity; 10 are the last.
- Six families held double graduations this year—high school and 8th grade.
- Four of our graduates have parents who teach here.
-
This class had a 100% acceptance rate to Catholic High Schools.
- Over 1/3 of the class tested into advanced math and 10 students tested into Spanish 2 or 3.

We have so much to be grateful for, proud of, and excited about for our future. Working together, we accomplished so much this year in classrooms, across the school, and outside our school community.
- Students demonstrated tremendous growth in all areas and grades.
- We are proud of our comprehensive reading program that builds a strong foundation in the lower grades that students then progress on every year.
- Students gave service to others in every grade and we have plans for even more next year.
- Our two concerts and two plays were beautiful gifts to the school and demonstrated the diversity of our school, as well as the wide array of talents.
- We continued to grow in our ability to raise additional funds to support our school with a successful fall fundraiser and another dynamic Titan Run. The PTO is now able to fund their events and activities on their own without school funds.
- Every week we were blessed with the gift of mass hosted by a class.
- Our Open House kicked off a successful admissions season. We still have limited spots in lower grades.
- Catholic Schools Week and Teacher Appreciation Week were celebrations of our school and highlighted the strength of our programs and the depth of our community.
- Student athletes competed in CYO sports and developed their skills, forged strong bonds, and created lasting memories.
Summer break starts at the end of this week. There are ambitious plans for next year that you will hear about. We look forward to welcoming our families–both returning and new–back to school. We will have a School Supply drop off day in August, and the first day of school is on September 2nd. In the meantime, we hope your summer is restful, adventurous, filled with fun and time with family.

This Week's Virtue: Faith
Faith is one of the three theological virtues of Faith, Hope, and Charity. To practice faith is to trust. Faith helps us grow in our relationship with Jesus and to be the best person we can be. We grow in faith through prayer, reading the Word of God, and receiving the Sacraments. Some ways families can help foster this virtue include praying together as a family, attending mass/church, and answering children’s questions about faith.

Prayer Intentions
- We pray for our 8th graders as they end their Holy Trinity journey and begin a new chapter.
- As a community we pray for Fr. Anthony that he be strengthened by the Holy Spirit in his new assignment.
- St Ambrose offered us this prayer about faith: “The Lord is always near to all who call upon his help with sincerity, true faith, sure hope, and perfect love.” (340-397 A.D.)

Gratitudes
- We extend our heartfelt thanks to Fr. Anthony for all he did for our parish and school in his time with us, and we wish him well as he moves on to Our Lady of the Lake parish.
- We are grateful to all of our families for the partnership and support we received this year and look forward to another year of possibilities.
- Thank you to 8th graders for a fabulous field day last week.
- Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade had a field trip to the zoo last Friday, and we are grateful for all of the parent chaperones who went along, and to the teachers who made it possible.
-
8th grade graduation was a joyful celebration made possible by many people who came together to make it so. Thanks to the parents who helped and to these 6-7th graders: Samantha, Cory, Emily, Juliana, Clara, and Sierra for helping with setup for graduation.

In August, families can pick up clothing items from the uniform closet (more details to come). Families can find our complete uniform selection at Land’s End. Here is the link to our online shop.

What is M.U.S.E. Band? M.U.S.E. offers instrumental music for grades 4-8. Group lessons are offered at your school once a week. The cost of these lessons are half of what it costs to take privately and students have the added benefit of learning an instrument with their friends and classmates in a group setting (the school band).
What Instruments are available? We offer instruction in Flute, Clarinet, Saxophone, Trumpet, Trombone, and Percussion. No previous experience necessary. If your child isn’t sure what instrument to take, we have student demonstrations of all the instruments on our website. Go to: https://museband.com/how-to-choose-an-instrument/.
Do the students perform? Yes. Students play at school events as well as performing in a large ensemble group with students from our other schools at special events like our Winter and Spring Concerts. The students also have optional events they can participate in, including workshops, solo and ensemble festivals, and our end of the year Spring Concert at Oaks Amusement Park.
How do we get more information about the program including cost and scheduling of classes? Information for parents is available on the M.U.S.E. website including cost of lessons, class schedules, and instrument rental. Registration is now open for the fall 2025. Please visit this website to regsiter: www.museband.com. If you have any questions, please call 800-233-6873 or email info@museband.com.
