AIA Michigan is seeking a 2025 State/Territory Associate Representative (STAR) Representative.

The National Associates Committee (NAC) is a member group of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) national organization. The category of Associate AIA membership is open to those who have a professional degree in architecture, work under the supervision of an architect, are enrolled in AXP, or are a faculty member in a university architecture program. All Associate AIA members are automatically represented by NAC and included in communications. Download the STAR position description here.

Richard Morris Hunt Prize accepting applications

The Richard Morris Hunt Prize (RMHP) is now open, offering a $20,000 six-month fellowship for registered architects to research emerging trends in historic preservation. Those selected gain mentorship and join a cross-cultural network of preservation experts in France and the U.S., promoting exchange between the two countries since 1990. U.S. architects study in France, while French architects study in the U.S., on alternating years. Learn more >
