All OKCMAR members are welcome!

Inspired by 2023 OKCMAR President Carolyn Sims’ DICE theme of diversity, inclusion, collaboration, and empowerment, the RPAC Subcommittee has developed programming themes to host events incorporating the quadrants and demographics of the city. We had fun at the kickoff fiesta at the Yale Theater - and now we move on to the Eastside for a gathering at Kindred Spirits, joined by NAREB!

Let us know you'll be there!

Some special vehicles will be in the parking lot on June 29th!

The Oklahoma Blood Institute's Bloodmobile will be accepting walk ins starting at 10:30, but appointments are appreciated on www.obi.org or by calling 877-340-8777.

From 11:30 to 1, Big Biang Theory, Mike's Hot Rod Dogs, and Daisy Mae's will be serving you lunch and dessert - free to all OKCMAR members!

The OKCMAR leadership created the DEI committee with the intention of leading the way in helping to promote a DEI program that would increase the number of REALTORS® and homeowners in our underserved communities. The strategy to provide support to the four multicultural organizations is showing success. This weekend we attended The Alliance's Pride Charity Gala and the Juneteenth on the East celebration with NAREB! If you haven't already, please join the OKCMAR DEI group!

HB 1031, also known as the Oklahoma Housing Stability Program, became law June 2, with an effective date of July 1. The program provides $215 million for the new construction of single family homes, multifamily rental housing, and homebuyer down payment and closing cost assistance in rural and urban Oklahoma communities.

Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency, as the administrator of the Oklahoma Housing Stability Program, is soliciting public comment on the program’s draft white paper utilizing this discussion board

Draft emergency rules will be published on OHFA’s website no later than June 30 and public hearings on the rules will be held on the following dates. Registration information will be sent soon.
