Peter Gallo is the Owner and Chief Appraiser of HomeSight Appraisal in Charlotte, North Carolina, and has been a residential real estate appraiser for over 30 years.

Originally from Buffalo, New York, Peter holds a residential appraiser certification in NC, SC, and NY. He is also an active real estate broker with Keller Williams and has experience as a homebuilder, previously owning and operating Vision Homes of Western New York, a luxury/custom home building company.

Peter currently serves as 2021 Chair of the NAR Real Property Valuation Forum, Region 8 Director for NC Realtors®, and a Director with Canopy® MLS. Peter is the co-founder, past president, and current Vice President of the NC Real Estate Appraiser Association. Peter also serves on the Board of Directors of the Charlotte Regional Mortgage Lenders Association.
