Huntington Regional Chamber of Commerce's Annual Dinner

We are excited to announce the date for the Huntington Regional Chamber of Commerce’s 2024 Annual Dinner, presented by Marshall Health Network! This year, we're adding a touch of mystery and illusion with entertainment provided by the renowned "The Celebrity Magician," Carl Michael, who has performed across the country for audiences ranging from A-List celebrities and professional sports teams to Fortune 500 companies such as Google, Delta, and Coca-Cola. He has also been featured on the hit TV series, "America's Got Talent." 


Appetizers, dinner, and desserts will be provided by a variety of local Chamber member restaurants.

Grand Opening of Jack Cook Field ⚾️

Marshall University Baseball is swinging into a new era and now has a new home at Jack Cook Field!


The new, 2,000-seat facility is named for longtime Herd baseball coach Jack Cook. Cook was also a Marshall baseball player and captained the 1949 team. The field will also host the Appalachian League’s Tri-State Coal Cats this summer.

Compass Huntington Restaurant Week to Support

Local Police and Fire Personnel

The City of Huntington’s Compass program, a global leader in supporting police and fire personnel, is proud to announce Compass Huntington Restaurant Week from March 3-12. 


Participating restaurants will donate a percentage of their sales to the Compass program, which utilizes proven intervention strategies to prioritize the physical and mental wellbeing of those that serve the community. By supporting Compass, restaurant-goers will help ensure that Huntington's police and fire personnel have the resources they need to stay healthy, both physically and mentally.


The Restaurant Week schedule is as follows:


  • Sunday, March 3 – Backyard/Peddler (brunch)
  • Monday, March 4 – Buddy’s All-American BBQ (all day)
  • Tuesday, March 5 – Market Day (all day) – Butter It Up/Fuel Counter/Austin’s/Taqueria ’84
