Leadership Huntington Explores Local Healthcare

Leadership Huntington spent the day exploring our region’s healthcare system—hearing from top executives, learning life-saving skills, and seeing healthcare in action. Highlights included a CEO panel, “Stop the Bleed” training, leadership development sessions, and a tour of the OR at Cabell Huntington Hospital. The day wrapped up with a visit from the therapy dogs! Join Huntington Young Professionals for a Community Clean-Up as we work together to beautify the Guyandotte area! We'll start at Guyandotte Cemetery and make our way through key neighborhood spots, including Guyandotte Elementary School, First Huntington Christian Baptist Church, and Guyandotte United Methodist Church. Developmental Therapy Center and the Greater Huntington Park & Recreation District invite families to the annual Eggciting Egg Hunt — a free adaptive egg hunt designed for children with disabilities and their siblings. This inclusive event provides a welcoming, sensory-friendly environment where all children can enjoy the magic of spring at their own pace.

Netranom Announces CEO Transition:

Founder Scott Edwards Steps Down After 26 Years

Netranom, a leading provider of managed IT services, today announced a leadership transition as Founder and CEO Scott Edwards steps down after 26 years of leading the company.


Scott founded Netranom in 1999 and has served as its CEO since inception. Under his leadership, Netranom grew from a local startup into one of the region’s most trusted technology partners. As part of this transition, Scott will be stepping away from daily operations but will continue to serve in an advisory capacity.


Effective April 1, 2025, Hampton Cokeley will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. Hampton joined Netranom in 2024 as Chief Revenue Officer, where he played a key role in driving growth and aligning the company’s service offerings with evolving customer needs. A native of Charleston, West Virginia, Hampton brings experience across public policy, technology startups, and finance.

HMA to Present Artwork by Tri-State High School and

Middle School Students

The Huntington Museum of Art presents the work of Tri-State high school and middle school art students in the Portfolio 2025 exhibit, which is on view from April 12 through May 6, 2025. The free opening reception and awards ceremony for this exhibit will take place on Saturday, April 12, from 2 to 4 p.m.

Brandon Lake Coming to Charleston in 2026

Five-time GRAMMY® winner Brandon Lake today announced his 48- city headlining tour, King Of Hearts, continuing his momentum after revealing details surrounding his highly anticipated new album of the same name earlier this week. The King of Hearts tour, presented by leading promoter TPR, is set to kick off October 2nd at Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise Florida and will continue with dates throughout Fall 2025 and Spring 2026, with a stop at the Charleston Coliseum, March 7, 2026 marking his largest-ever headlining tour announced.
