The Charleston Area, Huntington Regional, and Putnam County Chambers of Commerce are excited to announce the third annual State of the Valley, Presented by Meek’s Rentals & Leasing, will be held on Wednesday, August 20. This event is designed to foster regional collaboration and showcase the progress of our vibrant communities. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with top business leaders and decision makers, discover exciting new projects and strategies for regional growth, network with business and community leaders, and play an active role in strengthening the talent pipeline that fuels our state’s workforce. 

 

The event will begin at 11:30 a.m. at the Valley Park Conference Center in Hurricane. We invite business leaders, community advocates, and all individuals invested in the region’s future to join us at the event. Tickets are $50 if purchased using the early-bird discount before August 1 and are available at www.putnamchamber.org/StateoftheValley.

Congratulations to Twelvepole Trading Post for Receiving a 73k Grant!

We’re thrilled to congratulate Twelvepole Trading Post in Wayne on receiving a $73,204 grant from the West Virginia Department of Agriculture with support from the USDA!


This investment will help expand their efforts to promote locally sourced, scratch-made goods and sustainable living—further solidifying their role as a regional hub for farm-fresh groceries, artisanal products, and homesteading supplies.
