Morgan Napier Joins as Director of Marketing
| | |
We are excited to announce Rebecca Kasey as our new Director of Membership and welcome Morgan Napier as our incoming Director of Marketing!
Rebecca joined the Chamber in March 2023 and has served as Director of Marketing since that time. In her new role, she will lead member engagement, recruitment, and retention efforts—working closely with Chamber members to maximize the value of their membership investment.
Rebecca is a graduate of Bluefield University in Bluefield, Virginia. Her career began with the City of Bluefield, WV Community and Economic Development Authority as Director of Business Operations and Marketing. She later returned to her alma mater to serve as Director of Public Relations and Marketing before relocating to Huntington with her family in 2022.
Morgan will join the Chamber staff in early June 2025. As Director of Marketing, she will lead the Chamber’s communications and branding efforts—highlighting the impact of our members, programs, and initiatives. A native of Huntington and a recent graduate of Marshall University, Morgan brings a passion for storytelling and local engagement. While at Marshall, she interned with the university’s Marketing and Communications office, creating a wide range of digital content.
Morgan also co-founded Collective 37, Marshall’s student-run creative agency, and served as its co-director for two years. In that role, she connected student creatives with local businesses to provide marketing and design services.
