SEPT. 20 MEETING RECAP
NJSA's 1st ever open meeting of the Board of Directors on September 20 was attended by nearly 30 members and guests. Members saw how the board operates and offered their suggestions for membership and programs.
After the board meeting, the Legal & Legislative committee chaired by Richard Scott of Pro Search Network presented an update on the paid leave and executive compensation laws. Speakers included NJSA General Counsel Marc Freedman of Freedman & Friedland, Patrick Stewart of Public Strategies Inc., and Christopher Leddy of Becker LLC.
