New Fan Blades
From Tom Cooke
Kudos to our work party who changed out all of the fan blades in our 14 Ramada ceiling fans. They are Gary Rautio, Ken Lindeman, Doug Syme, Steve and Cyndie Alto, and Kevin Welsh. The blades had become heat damaged over the years since their installation and had lost their efficiency.  Thanks for your great work!

GOOD TO KNOW
I-19 Ranked the Ninth Deadliest Road in America
Using data from the Fatal Analysis Reporting System and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, a new report from Teletrac Navman ranked the I-19 as the ninth deadliest road in America.
The ranking is based on the number of traffic fatalities between 2016 and 2019 compared to the length of the road. The I-19 is only 63 miles long, the shortest road in the top 10, and there were 40 fatalities during the study period.
It's a newcomer in the top 10, and it joins the I-17 in Flagstaff, AZ (#4) and the I-4 in Tampa, FL (#1).
The most common harmful events on the I-19, in order, were rollovers, collisions with cars that were being transported or parked on the side of the road and hitting embankments.
The most common time for accidents was between midnight and 1 a.m.
For an infographic listing the top 25 deadliest roads, click here.
Do you feel safe driving on the I-19? What do you think of the rating? Also, please drive safely everyone!

Foolishness
Thanks neighbor Barbara Stockwell
A farmer walked into a hardware store and while purchasing some tools was asked by the proprietor if he would like to buy a bicycle. "You won't have to always keep a bicycle in feed," said the storekeep, "and you an ride around your farm on it.  They're getting cheaper now, and I can let you have one for 35 dollars."  "I'd rather put the 35 dollars into a cow," said the farmer. "Well," said the hardware man sarcastically, "you'd look almighty foolish riding around your farm on a cow, now wouldn't you?"  "No more foolish, I guess," said the farmer, "than I would milking a bicycle."
