EEHOA Board Meetings....In Ramada or On Zoom?
The next EEHOA Board Meeting is next Monday, November 16.  In preparation for that meeting, the Board is interested to know whether EE residents prefer to continue to have Board meetings via Zoom or to begin holding meetings at the Ramada again.  Please let Doug Syme know your opinion as below:

Dear Members of EEHOA:
Last Monday you may have seen the request below in the MMM.
I have received a few replies but I would really appreciate some more inputs before sharing the results.  So please feel free to send me an email or call me to express your opinion.
The Board of Directors have been meeting using the on-line Zoom platform for some months.  This has not only been most useful in the context of the COVID-19 virus but has also allowed Board members who are not in Green Valley to participate fully in the meetings.
Going forward, we would like to get your preference for Zoom meetings or In-person meetings at the Ramada (suitably distanced while COVID-19 is still a concern).

Please email me at dougsyme@verizon.net with your preference for

a) Zoom
b) In-person
c) Either

Thank you in advance,
Doug Syme
P.S. If you wish to call me my number is 610 724-5361
Only Onyx Yellow Pickleballs Allowed On EE Pickleball Court
From EEHOA Board
The Esperanza Estates board of directors, acting through its designated representative, has determined that only Onyx yellow pickle balls may be used for play at our pickle ball court.  The use of any other ball make or type is not allowed. This determination has been made in the interest of noise abatement, an important consideration. Onyx yellow balls are available and provided at the court and stored in the ladies restroom. Any questions should be directed to Greg Gramstad, Court Master, either at the court during normal hours of play, or by calling 303-3505.
Swimming Pool
New signs have been posted at the swimming pool stating the long time requirement in Esperanza Estates that showers be taken at the pool facility before entering into the pool or spa. We have had numerous reports of persons entering the pool without having showered there, indicating that they showered elsewhere. This is not allowed. Thanks for your cooperation.
Political Signs
Just a friendly reminder.....if you haven't already done it, please take down your election signs.  They should have been taken down three days after election day (last Friday).  Thanks!

Coronacoaster (noun):  The ups and downs of a pandemic.  One day you're loving your bubble, doing work outs, baking banana bread and going for long walks and the next you're crying, drinking gin for breakfast, and missing people you don't even like.
Thanks, Neighbor Jim Sollars
So let me get this straight....there's no cure for a virus that can be KILLED with sanitizer and hand soap?
Thanks, Tom Cooke!
A man is driving down the road with twenty penguins in the back seat. The police stop him and say that he can't drive around with the penguins in the car and that he should take them to the zoo. The man agrees and drives off.
The next day, the same man is driving down the road with twenty penguins in the back again. He is stopped by the same police officer who says, "Hey! I thought I told you to take those to the zoo."
The man replies, "I did. Today, I'm taking them to the movies."

A duck walks into a bar and asks, "Do you have any grapes?" The bartender says, "No, I am sorry, we have cherries and olives but no grapes." "Oh," says the duck and leaves.
Ten minutes later the duck returns and asks the same bartender, "Do you have any grapes?" "Like I said before, we have cherries and olives, but we don't have grapes!" says the bartender. "Oh," says the duck and leaves.
Ten minutes later the duck returns and again, asks, "Do you have any grapes?" "Look, beak lips," screams the bartender. "We have no grapes! We will never have grapes! And if you ask me again, I am going to nail your web-by little feet to the floor!" "Oh," says the duck and leaves.
Ten minutes later, the door swings open and the duck returns. The bartender is furious. He slams a bottle of beer down on the bar, stares menacingly at the duck and screams, "What?" "Uh . . . uh . . . do you have any . . . nails?" the duck asks. "Nails? Nails? No, we don't have nails," answers the bartender. "Mmmm," says the duck. "So, do you have any grapes?"
