EEHOA ANNUAL BUSINESS
EEHOA Annual Meeting
You won't want to miss the  Esperanza Estates  HOA annual meeting next Monday, January, 20 at 1:00 PM (check in begins at 12:30) at CPAC (Community Performance & Art Center) West Continental Road, Green Valley.  The election results for the new board members will be announced, preliminary year-end financial statements will be available, and we'll hear reports from various EE committees. Homeowners are encouraged to attend. Whether you are a new homeowner or have been here a while, the meetings are a good opportunity to learn what's going on in Esperanza Estates.
EE Name and Address Directory
The 2020 Esperanza Estates Name and Address Directory will be for sale at the annual HOA meeting. With so many properties changing hands in the last year, your old directory is outdated, so consider buying a new one.  If you are unable to attend the meeting but want a copy, contact  Karen White at  520-648-3993 or Cheri Day, 303-594-3314
EEHOA Dues
Just a final reminder, this Wednesday, January 15, is the last day to pay EEHOA dues without incurring a late fee of $35. Please call  Dean Lockwood  at 612-240-0945 with questions.
 EE ACTIVITIES
Hospitality Chili Dinner Was Delish!
Muchas Gracias to our Hospitality Committee who treated us to a scrumptious chili dinner last Thursday. They served several types of chili, and it was so good that folks are asking for the recipes. We're working on getting them posted to the EE website soon, so stay tuned.  By the way, even though the weather seemed a little "iffy", the Ramada was comfortable, even toasty,  with the shades down and the heaters going.
Gardeners Work Party
The Gardeners will meet on Tuesday, January 14, at 11 am (new start time) in Palo Verde Park (A.K.A. Wild Flower Park next to 1142 W. Circle Del Norte) to do some clean up at the park.  Please bring a rake, shovel, clippers, gloves and a bucket, if you have them.  Any ideas for future projects, share them with Rod Harp at re_gvaz@outlook.com or text him at 520-329-9103.  New members are always welcome.
