Titan Trash
From the EE HOA Board
Just a reminder that your Trash collection is covered by your HOA dues and has been since January, 2023. Esperanza Estates residents are not billed by Titan individually. Recently, Titan has had a technical glitch in their auto billing system that they are working to get fixed. If you inadvertently receive a bill from Titan, you can ignore it, destroy it, or if you like, tape it to the lid of your trash container with a note that you are in Esperanza Estates, and the Titan workers will take it to the office. Thank you for your patience.

EE Craft Sale Needs an Organizer
From Bernie Olson
The Annual Arts and Craft Sale that EE usually holds the first Saturday in December needs an organizer. Bernie Olson and Deb Ries, who have co-chaired the sale in recent years, are unable to lead the event this year. Unfortunately, the EE Craft Sale will not happen this year if we are unable to locate someone who is able take over the organization. If you are interested in helping to manage this popular EE event, please contact Bernie Olson, 920-254-9277, bernieolson57@gmail.com.

Planning for an Annual EE Block Party
From Connie Scorza
I would like to start preparing for the "First Annual Esperanza Estates Community-Wide Block Party." Will need one (or two) people from each block to volunteer to brainstorm, organize, and hold the Block Party. I have been planning it in my head for at least a year. Thinking we should shoot for a post-holidays date, so late January-early February (nothing firm yet). If you live on Calma, Ensalmo, Excelso, Holgado, Napa, Norte, Nueva, Portillo, Regalo, or Sur please contact me at connieinag@aol.com (yes, I still have an aol account). It will be great! Thanks, Connie Scorza.
