Annual Optimist Sausage Fest

Date: Tuesday, February 10, at the Ramada

Time:  4:30: The bar opens  5:00: Dinner service begins

Cost:  $12.00  Cash (exact change, if possible) or check

Please bring:  A non-perishable item for the local Food Bank


Please join the Hospitality Committee as we host the Green Valley Optimist Club when they bring in their grill trailer and cook their "world famous" handmade Italian sausages.


Dinner will include a sausage on a bun with optional grilled onions and green peppers and sauerkraut. Sides will include a salad, chips and dessert. As always, our team will provide plates, utensils, napkins, cups and serve you complimentary beverages, including beer, wine, soda and water. 


The $12 per plate fee is for one full dinner per person.  Seconds may be offered at an additional cost. The Optimists have committed to cooking 160 sausages, so come early to assure that you will get your meal!


The Optimist Club will benefit from this event, which will help support their mission to support kids' programs and scholarships throughout Green Valley and Sahuarita.  Optimist Club members will be available to explain their mission.

EE Arts and Crafts Group

Keep the hummingbirds hovering nearby with a bubbling fountain. Join the EE Arts and Crafts Group to create this adorable mini-fountain made with dollar store finds. RSVP to Janet Shown at jansho@yahoo.com or 720-749-0273 to reserve your spot and receive a list of supplies.

Thirsty Thursday


Thursday at 4 p.m. at the Ramada. This is a no-host event, which means BYOB and snacks, and we all help with the cleanup. Please pitch in as much as you can before you leave.

The Esperanza Estates Enhancement Committee will hold a Silent Auction/ Dessert Buffet, on March 13. There will be an amazing array of items donated by your talented and generous friends and neighbors. Of course, all proceeds will benefit the EE community.

Enhancement Committee Vintage Quilt Raffle

Tickets are $5.00 each or 3 tickets for $10.00.


Handmade in 1940, the quilt is in mint condition, measures 78" x 84, and has an appraisal value of $950.
