FINAL NOTICE

Time to Trim the Palms

From: Cyndie Alto

Just a friendly reminder about getting your tall palms trimmed. The deadline in Esperanza Estates to have your palm trees trimmed is June 30th.

The dry fronds are a fire hazard during monsoon season, and a spark can catch them on fire in an instant.

Homeowners can hire anyone they desire to the do the work.

EE does have an agreement with Monstrosity Tree Service for $100 per tall palm trees and $175 for each date palm which they will honor for everyone in EE.

Please call Cyndie Alto @ 509-881-7569 with questions.

Thanks everyone who has already taken care of their palms.

Lost and Found

A large pair of leather work gloves were found in the middle of the street this week. They have the brand name "KINCO" on the top of each glove.

Contact Pat Sharpe if they are yours.
