Swimming Pool Lift Chair Update
From Sharon Falor, 928-853-3474
Good Morning Esperanza Estates, I am so pleased to provide an update on our lift chair for the swimming pool.
As of today, March 28th, the residents of Esperanza Estates and a few generous hearts outside of the HOA have contributed $7,400. Your generosity once again proves that this is the best place to live in all of Green Valley. Maya Angelou once said, “When we give cheerfully and accept gratefully, everyone is blessed.” This truly reflects the joy I have felt giving pickleball lessons and accepting generous donations from nearly 20 households. Together we can and do make our communities better.
Now, some information on the Admiral, Aqua Creek Chair. I received an estimate of $8,300 to purchase it. It has an easily adjustable seat with a weight capacity of 450 pounds, a solar tower to charge the battery, a color option of tan, a 5-year warranty. The first two years everything is included, with an installation and a service contract for the first year. 50% is required at the time of purchase with the remainder due on installation.
I am confident we will receive all the funds necessary to purchase this upgraded chair as we have one more week of lessons and ample time to receive individual donations. Thank you for making our pool accessible to all our residents.
Happy Easter!
Coach, Sharon Welsh Falor

Craft Group
From Bernie Olson
This week we are continuing to work on the felted coasters we started last week. This week we will meet at Bernies', 820 W Circulo Napa, Thursday, April 4, from 1-3 pm.
This will be at least a three week project and will probably be our last project of the year, as winter people are beginning to migrate north by then.
You can still start coasters if you have the supplies:
Felting needs for coasters:
- 4x4 cork self-adhesive squares or the kind you can glue on (available on Amazon).
- Dense foam square at least 6x6 but can be larger.
- Felting needle tool that holds 4 needles-Clover makes them or a wooden set available on Amazon $14.98.
Call Bernie at 920-254-9277 if you have questions about the supply list.

Name The Owlets!!
Remember the Owl and the Fox story a few weeks ago? At that time Hootie and Blowfish (the Dad and Mom EE owls) appeared to be incubating eggs in the nest. We didn't know how many eggs. Now we discover that there were at least two eggs, because we have two little fuzzy white owlets that Hootie and Blowfish are busily feeding and nurturing. The neighbors have been watching the nest, but not too closely.
We think the little Owlets need names, but we need help.
What would you name them?
Send your suggestions to Judy Hayes, jkhayes70@gmail.com, and John Nesavich, jnesavich@gmail.com. We'll let you know the winning names next week!
