Vote on Esperanza Estates Street Parking

From Ken Lindeman

Today, you will receive a separate email from the Esperanza Estates Homeowners Association. Open this email, and you will have access to electronic voting on the “Street Parking” issue.

In the email, you will receive an access code and a password. This shows up below the link for the voting address. Please note, that your access code will be your Lot # and your password will be an abbreviated address (i.e. 179napa). The access code and password must be entered exactly as they appear in the voting request email. You might want to write these down before opening the voting window.

On the ballot, there is an "information" line under each choice. If you click on that, it will give you more information on the choice to be made. I hope that everyone chooses “Yes” as I believe this will allow our community to retain the neat appearance that we currently have.  If one looks at our streets’ early morning, they are mostly clear of vehicles thereby making it easier and safer for walking and vehicle traffic.

Thanks for participating in this vote. Please let me know if you have questions or problems, Ken Lindeman, 970-232-4129 (text please).

Old Ramada Propane Heaters

From Jim Gardner

There are four OLD propane heaters in the Ramada that are available at no cost. They will need some repair. Most need a thermal coupler to keep running and some straightening of the metal hood. The propane tanks are NOT included. Please send me an email (jg27057@me.com) if you are interested. First come first serve.

Pavers Project

From Tom Aigner

We have another Paver donation. Thank you, Karen and Peggy

Once again Karen and Peggy on Excelso have come up with a nice paver donation. This time, some extras from a patio project they just finished. This nice stack was just enough to finish the "Mesquite Park Project" west end. Thanks again, ladies!

Ramada Patio and Plant Sale Results

From Claudia Rose

The Enhancement Committee wants to thank all the EE neighbors who donated and purchased items to make our Patio Sale a huge success. The proceeds from the sale came to $5,033.67, not counting a few minor expenses. That will enable the Enhancement Committee to help finance several endeavors in the neighborhood.

We want to thank Rod Harp, Jim Gardner, and all their volunteers who cleaned the Ramada, moving all the tables and chairs so the area could be used for the sale. We also want to thank Robin and Dean Lockwood for donating much of the jewelry included in the sale. Thank you to the drivers who brought all the boxes of items from the shed to the ramada. It wouldn't have been much of a sale without you. I'm sorry if I have forgotten anyone; we sincerely appreciated all the help we received.
