Afternoon Water Aerobics, Starts Tuesday, 1 pm

From Robin Lockwood

After a two year hiatus, afternoon Water Aerobics will start up again this week, led by Penny Huculak, Robin and Dean Lockwood. Beginning Tuesday, March 1 we will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 PM to 2PM in the EE Pool.  PLEASE NOTE THE TIME CHANGE!

This casual, but effective low impact water exercise begins with a 20-minute warm up in the shallow end of the pool, followed by 20 minutes of water resistance work with foam aquatic dumbbells in the deep end, and ends with 20 minutes of strengthening and stretching back in the shallow end. It is adaptable to all levels of fitness and ages. Men and women are welcome!

There are a number of sets of foam aquatic dumbbells at the pool for your use, if needed. If you have your own, please bring them.

Please join us for fun and exercise!
