HOA Board

From Kevin Welsh, President, EE HOA Board

Just a reminder...the HOA Board will not meet in June, July, or August. The next regularly scheduled meeting will be September 16th.

Pool Update

From Kevin Welsh, President, EE HOA Board

Plaster work is completed in both the pool and the spa and they have been re-filled. A seasoning (hardening) process for the plaster is underway and will take a few days to complete, then the pool chemistry can be brought up to speed and the pool and spa temps can come back to normal. A finish coat will be applied to the cool deck and the pool can reopen. A notice will be emailed when everything is complete.

Be Alert!

From Kevin Welsh, President, EE HOA Board

With many of our homeowners away for the summer, it's a good idea to keep a watchful eye on the neighborhood. If you notice an open gate, please close it. Javelinas can cause a lot of damage. Report suspicious activity to the Sheriff @ 520-351-6711.

Monday Morning Memo Summer Schedule

Time to Trim the Palms

From Cyndi Alto

Just a friendly reminder about getting your tall palms trimmed. The deadline in Esperanza Estates to have your palm trees trimmed is June 30. The dry fronds are a fire hazard during monsoon season, and a spark can catch them on fire in an instant.

Homeowners can hire anyone they desire to do the work. EE has an agreement with Monstrosity Tree Service for $90/tree which they will honor for everyone in EE. Trees untrimmed by June 30 will be trimmed by the HOA, and homeowners will be billed $100/tree. Please call Cyndie Alto, 509-881-7569, with questions.

Thanks to everyone who has already taken care of their palms!

Thirsty Thursday New Time 5 pm

Thirsty Thursday happy hour is this Thursday, June 6. With our warmer temperatures, we are switching to a later start time... 5 pm (instead of 4 pm). So come on over to the Ramada at 5 pm and join in for a little camaraderie with your friends and neighbors. BYOB, food not necessary unless you are hungry, etc.....you probably know the drill by now. It's a fun opportunity to visit and enjoy one another's company. Hope to see you there!

From Tom Kozik

Temperatures are rising now, please make sure your dog waste bags are tied before depositing in provided cans on our trails. The volunteers that maintain them would appreciate it.

Additionally, we are developing a list of occasional back-up volunteers to pick up the waste when necessary, I.E., vacation, illness, etc. Please contact Tom Kozik at (870) 404-404-2064 for details. Supplies will be provided. Thank you.

I told my niece I saw a moose on the way to work this morning.

She said, "How do you know he has a job?"
